It's Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas...

Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone, I've brought out the Christmas decorations. Last year, we didn't get the opportunity to decorate. This year, is definitely going to be better than last. Or Bust! So, I put what little up and I'm quite pleased so far. I'm hoping to get more decorations as the weeks pass and hopefully some wrapped presents under our real tree! (We're getting our tree next week!!) This year, no scrooges in this household are going to ruin this Christmas or they will feel my wrath and fury... lol In my house, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Movie Review: New Moon

This movie was 100% better than the first! I appreciated that they didn't stray too far from the book and they kept ALL of the same actors!! It did keep you kind of hanging, but I can't wait to see the next one. Once I see a movie before I read it, I have to continue it that way. It definitely sets up a nice visual in my imagination, if you know what I mean ;o) A definite must see!

Our Thanksgiving, 2009

This Thanksgiving was the opposite of what we're normally used to. Normally, we go to my MIL's for early dinner and then finish up with my Dad's side of the family (which I like because they like to play poker or games afterward instead of going straight home). Well, this time, we went to my Dad's first and then had dinner at my MIL's. We, like always, get to anywhere we're going, late. Thankfully, we were only an hour late and their new house was really easy to find.

Right after arriving, dinner was ready and I do have to say, it was super delicious!

We hung out for a few more hours and then to had to head on in to Boise to eat at the MIL's. She decided to do a Paula Deen Thanksgiving Menu, and I loved all of it! Especially her lemon cheesecake, super rich and amazing!!

That's about it for our holiday. It was a really long day, but I couldn't think of anyone else to have spent it with!

Straight Forward...

I would just like to say that getting people to go against one another is childish and petty. I believe, for the most part, that I am a nice person. Sometimes, too nice for my own good. What i do not understand is why anyone would have it out for me? What have I ever done to you??? I have had it up to my eyeballs... Either shape up or ship out, because I have better things to do with my life than to worry about constantly stepping on eggshells...
